Deep Tissue Massagemanage your muscle tension
|
A deep tissue massage targets deeper layers of muscles and connective tissues in the body. Deep tissue massage applies more pressure and uses techniques such as firm kneading, friction, and sustained pressure to reach deeper muscle layers. The goal of deep tissue massage is to break up adhesions (knots) in the muscles, release chronic tension, and promote better circulation. It can be particularly beneficial for individuals with chronic pain, muscle stiffness, or injuries, as well as those seeking relief from tightness or restricted range of motion.
Deep tissue massage may cause some discomfort or soreness during the session, especially if targeting areas of chronic tension or injury. Deep tissue massage can help improve flexibility, alleviate pain, enhance posture, and promote overall relaxation and well-being by addressing deep-seated muscle tension and dysfunction. |

If you’re looking for an excellent deep tissue massage, Robert is your guy at Inertia in Midland, TX. I have gotten plenty deep tissue massages and this one was by far the best! He was very knowledgeable about the different areas where I experience pain. By the end of the massage, I felt as if I melted onto the bed. Thank you again. I will definitely be back!

Went in for a massage as I really needed to relax. My appointment was with Robert. I felt he really listen to my issues and did his best to attend to my problem areas and avoided the areas I wanted avoided. I left feeling completely relaxed. Hours later and I’m still feeling good. If you haven’t given this place a try, please make an appointment and go see Robert!
