Layni G, Pelvic PTALayni is a licensed Physical Therapy Assistant attending Odessa College's Accredited PTA program, and she also has a Bachelors of Science in Kinesiology and Health Sciences from Louisiana Tech University. Layni is Level 1 Certified in Pelvic Health from Herman and Wallace and has also participated in advanced training for myofascial abdominal work and Pelvic Floor Biofeedback, and Pelvic Rising with Nicole Cozean.
She is originally from Midlothian, TX and moved to the Midland/Odessa area 3 years ago. Layni enjoys traveling and spending time with her friends and family. Layni treats the following pelvic health concerns including: Stress Incontinence - Bladder leakage with movement, Pelvic Organ Prolapse - Bladder Prolapse, Bowel Prolapse, Pregnancy Prep, Post Partum Care, Diastasis Recti, and pelvic pain |
Esme L, Ortho PTAEsme began her journey at Inertia PT in 2021 helping with administrative tasks, with a goal of one day joining the team as a Physical Therapy Assistant. In 2022, she expanded her role to become a stretch therapist at Inertia Health and has trained many team members in the art of stretch therapy.
Esme holds an Associates degree Nursing and Exercise Science from Arizona Western College and recently completed the PTA Program at Odessa College. She is now thrilled to join the Orthopedic team, where she can deliver the comprehensive, whole-person care she is passionate about. Esme is fluent in Spanish |
Bailey A, Ortho PTABailey has gained extensive experience working in therapy clinics in rural west Texas, treating a wide variety of patients with orthopedic, post-surgical, sports medicine, chronic pain, and neurological conditions. She practices several manual therapy techniques including trigger point dry needling, instrument assisted soft tissue mobilization, cupping, and myofascial and joint mobilization. Bailey received her Bachelor of Science degree in Kinesiology from the University of North Texas and her Associate Degree in Applied Science / Physical Therapist Assistant from Concorde Career College in her home state of Colorado. As a lifelong athlete, Bailey has faced her fair share of injuries and understands that injury and recovery are never one dimensional – they require a comprehensive approach to care that is tailored to your needs, for the best possible outcome.
